1. When will my order be shipped? 

Orders are usually packed and ready to ship within 24-48 hours

 

2. When can I expect my order to arrive? 

Orders typically take 7 - 9 business days to be packed, shipped and reach your doorstep. We also have express shipping on request, please reach out to us via email on hello@pottymouthkidswear.in  or Instagram for more details. 

 

3. Where do you ship? 

Currently, we ship all across India.For shipping outside of India, please contact us on hello@pottymouthkidswear.in  to discuss the same.

4. Do you have a shipping fee? 

We offer free shipping all across India for order overs Rs 1000. For orders below Rs 1000, we have a standard shipping fee that is added to the cost at checkout.For shipping outside of India, please contact us on hello@pottymouthkidswear.in for more details. 

 

5. What is the best way to reach us?

6. Can I return/exchange a product? 

We are happy to offer an exchange if informed within 7 days of receipt of the product. Once 7 days have passed from the date of delivery, we will not accept any requests for return/exchanges. For more details, please refer to the details on our Return & Exchange Policy on the website.

7. Do you offer refunds? 

Unfortunately, since we’re a small business we’re not in the position to offer refunds at this point  but whenever that changes we’ll make sure to update you about the same.
